Home Depot sold me a junk G. E hot water tank in August. They told me to call 1800gecares lol and i was told by the customer service to ' turn the power off and open it up and wrench down on everything to make sure it was all tight and call her back " i am disabled and told her no. They called me back and said they have nobody in the area and to find someone on my own. I went back to the store to see if they could send someone out and they said no. I had it profeshinaly installed and they kept jerking me around for about 30 days ' if i had not spent $200 to get it installed i would have ripped it out and through it through there window.
Finally i cancelled my card 'ripoff' and cut up my card and taped it to a letter i sent to the CEO in Atlanta named Frank. I got NO response from them but the manager from the store called me back and asked if there is anything he could do to resolve this? I said he could have sent someone out and FIXED IT. Then i read a letter Home Depot put out in Boston Globe about all these people they hired to help with costumer complaints and were braging about how good they were. Not. Then i get my first bill from there CITIBANK and was shocked to see 25.99 %. Corperate communist. Ill NEVER set foot in a Home Depot EVER nor will i EVER buy a G. E product again.
