We ordered a book from Vanity Press March 18th and entered an Australian (my mum's) address for shipping then paid via PayPal. Jump forward to May 5th and after contacting Dallas Robertson (customer service) he continued to tell us that we entered our US address and that we were trying to rip them off by entering less shipping. He says that he sent the book via surface mail to the US address. But I really think that Dallas sums up his own approach to customer service in this email he sent to me... in Dallas's words "For the record, I have always provided excellent customer service. I have been in customer service long enough to know the difference between somebody seeking genuine resolution of a problem and somebody simply throwing an adult-sized tantrum. Unfortunately our system allows the wrong postage field to be entered (ie Australia), then a US address to be added. It's a flaw I will rectify. I believe you either exploited it to save a few dollars, or you genuinely made an error and put in your US address by accident. Either way, you DID NOT ENTER AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS.

Awful. Do not buy from this company because if you happen to have an issue they go to great lengths to blame the customer.
