On Oct. 8th, I placed A order with, " ACE BMX ". The order consisted of a bottom bracket for a bmx bike. I received a confirmation e-mail, but never was sent a tracking number for USPS. When I called twice, the first time I was told they would send the tracking number. It never came. The second time, I was told that they sent it a week ago and it was the post offices fault, but still wasn't given a tracking number. They also seemed not to care. It is now Oct. 22nd and I feel unjustified. Even though it may not be a large sum of money, they got paid and i received no product. The amount was $22.86 for the part plus shipping ($5.99). I hope I can get my money back or my part.
