On 09/04 I moved into 2431 James Ave N. I rented this property from Ahavel Scherz Investments, LLC under the assumption that everything in the house was is working order. Two weeks after we moved in the Section 8 inspector came out to do an inspection and told us that the outside windows are covered in lead paint. I contacted the Agent that I rented the place form and she told me that it was on the outside of the house so we didn't have to worry about it. On 10/05 we turned on the heat in the house and the radiator busted flooding the entire first floor. I sent the Agent (Rhonda) another email stating that I would have someone come out and look at the heating system. When I contacted her again to tell her that the heating system needed some extensive work she became angry. She told me that I was a liar and that the house had heat and that I also lied about the lead paint.
