We contacted Mike at Certified to have a carpet cleaned in one room (with some stains) and to clean a love seat. Both had been cleaned before by Kleen Karpet (who is no longer in business) and similar stains were able to be easily removed. Once everything dried, you could still see the stains on the carpet and on the love seat. We contacted Mike via his cell and his listed 1-800 number and asked him to come back and re-clean the carpet and love seat. He said the stains were premanent. We disagree based on our previous experience with another company. He agreed to come back and try again. He never showed up for the retreatment. Now he won't return phone calls. We paid him $198 via check (lesson learned on that one). At this point I'm looking for a refund on a portion of what we paid. We've been calling them every day for over a week.
