I have applied for my Transcript evaluation to World Education Services, Inc through online application by paying $167 on 09-21-09. (WES REF NO: 2185605)
I have withdrawn my application before they provide any service to me. Because they have rejected my documents (duly attested by a government gazetted officer in India) which I have sent to them. They are asking me to get the attestation from the Registrar of University or Controller of Examinations in India where other evaluation centers does not require so. As of now I am residing in USA and it is really hard and time consuming process, for me to get attestation from India where the originals are with me.
I have clearly told them that I can provide either "Originals" or "notarized documents", but they have refused to accept it. Apart from this they have refused to refund the amount which I have paid for Evaluation. They have not provide me any kind of service but then they are stating that they have a Non-refundable policy which is really absurd.
Reaching their customer service over phone is another hectic task because normally it takes 12 to 15 minutes of hold time and there is no use in taking to them.

I am really wondering that an approved member of naces is cheating their customers like this. So please take some necessary step and rescue the International students like me.
