I visited Jump Law Group and saw Jaw Jump for a free consultation re: bankruptcy. I had compiled over 60 pages of personal financial information which I brought with me.
At the end of our meeting I did not commit to using his services and we had no agreement. He proceeded to place my papers into a file. When I told him I wanted my papers back he said "they are my papers now". I could not convince him to return them to me. When I asked him to make copies he said he didn't have a copy machine.
I cannot believe he thinks he has any right to my personal information when I have no business contract with him. It makes me nervous to think that all of my personal information is in his possession. I intend to file a greivance against him with the Bar association here in Washington.
