I purchased the $1.99 / mo. Package with Funtonia last week, and immediately after trying to download anything, all I got were error messages, so I realized my phone was not compatible. I immediately went back to their site to request a refund, and amazingly their is no contact info, only an email. When you send an email to them, it takes 3 days to get back, and when they do it is a computer generated generic email, telling you exactly what their troubleshooting area on their site says.
I'm trying to fight this with my credit card company. It is amazing that these people can get away with this! Imagine an opportunity to rip people off at $25 ea/per day every day... And imagine how many people fall for it... Add it all up! They are actually geniouses at our expense!
I hope everyone that gets ripped off has their day and are able to get in on a class action lawsuit against these people. Our government is not stupid... They'll find the right people eventually!
Buy ringtones from your phone's provider... It'll save you money in the long run!!
