I bought a dolphin delux 4 poolcleaner program produced by maytronics on june 4th from their seller, leslie's pool products 159 n burkhardt rd. Evansville, in 47715-2727 (812) 476-1077. The system worked as adveriized through june and september. I used the limited maintenance instructions within the guide, and also the website after each use. The system stopped working around may 1st; i adopted directions in cleaning any obstructions in the drive unit and impeller. I broke the fuse holder attempting to eliminate the blend, and replaced it with one from radio shak. The system seemed to have energy, (the ability light about the power supply lit, and also the wire confirmed 30 vdc in the plug-in connection about the powersupply. The system still wouldn't run. I examined the web site, and named maytronics, was advised to perform the filter carrier via a washer period with oxyclean, i did so along with the product continues to be inoperable, i named maytronics again and was told to return the system to leslie's wherever i bought it. I had been told "we-don't restore these; you have to send it back to maytronoics. I named maytronics and could obtain customer support person around the phone with the leslie shop worker. Both of these contended for some moments, then ask me allowing them to call me back. Ive heard nothing yet. I used nearly $1100.00 for this device, and just are interested to be repaired or changed.
