I reseived a letter saying that i had won 998,407.77 and that all i had to do was pay a fee of 24.87

I've been receiving differrent letters that i've won big amounts of money since May I've been sending payment fees to almost all of these companies and none seen to be truth. The most recent one was from STS Financial Services Data Division, they are also asking for a fee of $24.87 they are stating that i won 998,407.77.
