I paid for a series of 3 treatments to remove hyperpigmentation (about 2 weeks ago). I have to leave town and requested a refund for the 2 unused treatments. They told me that they have a no-refund policy.
This policy was not told to me at the time of payment, is not on the receipt and I did not see any signs when I went there. I went through 4-5 people at my first appointment, someone could have shared this with me. I am now out $700.00 and their option was that the service would never expire. This is not a great option for me when I have to go to Kentucky to care for my parents and returning to Austin is not a likelihood. I need this money.
I am surprised by this behavior because I have been there more than once and they have never shared this policy to me.in purchasing products, etc.
