This issue is continuing because CVS overran the organization a couple of years ago. They shed medications, change refill standing for no known cause, WOn't keep updated fresh info and mismanage their site so poorly that I've needed to put up a brand new bill (twice) and can't use their site to replenish programs. They're excessively sluggish in addressing the telephones and, when you ultimately obtain a person, they apologize robotically and cannot support. I've improved my charge card info from the canceled consideration to an energetic one 7 times. They keep reverting towards the canceled consideration. Every time I Have named each goes through the exact same program and declare they have ended the previous quantity and feedback the energetic one. EIGHT times. The insurance provider transformed my team #2 years back. I've attempted to obtain this straightened out-but, again, they keep reverting towards the previous team range. Every time I'm guaranteed that it's been looked after. It's not. A few of my absent replacements are misfiled underneath the aged team variety... For just two years. Our last telephone call survived for 33 units (timed by mobile phone records). They possibly can't or won't provide me a title and handle of the corporate officials and/or board. I really could proceed on and on, but I'm exhausted. This can be a prescription drug reward that I'm spending money on included in my medical health insurance premium. I improve support (and costs) from Walmart.
