Jody Parrish called me to setup an appointment. I told her that the house is not ready right now and that it needs some TLC for showing.
She showed up with no client! She asked me twice if I want to hear about her portfolio and services. I told her that I already have an agent.
It took us 3 hours to prepare the house for showing but there was no showing. All she was after was her business. She could tell me that there is no showing when she called but she did not. Out time and effort was wasted!
What she did was soliciting which is prohibited here where we live. We even have a sign here at the neighborhood entrance prohibiting soliciting.
