Ignored, Treated like don't bother me Customer Service

I sold my Mobile Home and payed off my loan with a large check. The buyer needed to get the title redone in his name. I called Greenpoint credit and talked to Jody, supposidly a lead. She told me it would take 21 to 31 days for a release of title UNLESS I send a by fax copy of cancelled check both front and back. I did this at a cost of 6 bucks from the bank and faxed to Jody at 858 578-0305 requesting a rush on the lein of title as was told by her to do. I have not heard or seen anything yet. I called 3 time today and after 3 time in one day ya cant call anymore for that day.

I talked to someone who said she was a supervisor and would call me back in 5 min after she talked to Jody. I left message with Jodys voice mail. I have called last week 2 days in a row about this trying to talk to Jody again cause no one will help me out. This company is really bad to customers after my situation and reading other complaints about them. They do NOT have a cutomer relation policy as I can see. So if ya late a little with payment or payoff your loan, you will be treated like you are no good, and that is a no good company to business with.
