As careful as I have been about offers "too good to be true", this one got me. If it were not for the Google name and the recommendations of CNN which appeared on my aol page, I would have looked the other way.
I too signed up for this "money making opportunity", expecting to have my debit card billed only for shipping & handling, but instead found out I was billed $54.54. I am unemployed right now, and that's a lot of money. To ME, it's a lot of money anyway, since I got nothing in return.
The charge was billed to my unemployment debit card at 2:31 A.M.in the morning. I called and disputed it, of course, and got a phone number for this company. After being left on hold for 15-20 minutes, I was just cut off. I tried this FIVE times and finally gave up (which, I know, is probably what they were hoping for).
Any lawyers out there working on a class-action suit against these people? Why hasn't the State's Attorney General or Better Business Bureau stepped in as yet
This place needs to be shut down, but only AFTER it is required to make restitution.
