Canceled phone service and sent back voip box as requested via USPS. 3 months later get a charge of $99.99 on my credit card bill. They say they never got my voip box. I have no proof that they received it. My fault for not getting a tracking number. I accept that and offered to pay a reasonable fee for the voip box which was used when I received it, BTW, but they refused saying that they agree that the box was not worth $99.99 but that is the penalty for not returning it. My advice? Stay away!!
