Had a 3yr old frigidaire freezer that company serviceman stated could not be repaired as closed system freon had internal leak.
Warrenty on this freezer states that company would repair or replace without charge to owner.
They wrote to us verfying the serviceman report but however they refused to do anything more than offer us a 30 day take it or leave it offer of 60% rebate on replacemrnt cost of product only.
No other taxes delivery etc. Being on poverty level senior citizen we were forced to borrow the needed funds to do as they stated or lose everthing.
I feel that they are guilty of false advertising but don't have means to fight them and feel they are a rip-off big time. The information and contact on this apparently is Electrolux as they seem to be combined into a bigger rip-off company now.
