On August 24th, I went in for an interviewat Insight Global for 3 possible technical support positions. I interviewedwith a guy named Jo Flores. When you go into the office, it looked veryinformal. All you see is 2 chairs and a phone and a locked door to a back room. There is no receptionist or anything. You pick up the phone and some lady says CanI help you? And I said, I am hear to see Jo. So then she says okay, just a minute. A fewseconds later, Jo walks out. He leads me to a conference room. He speaks in arushed voice like a used car salesman trying to sell a product of somesort. Then he asks if I have anyquestions. I ask him my questions. After Q&A the meeting is done. So hecalls me a day later to tell me I have an interview. It should be noted thatevery interview I went on with them the year before, nothing materialized. So Iam cynical about the company. And this year, they did the same thing. They toldme in the first place that one company was interested in me and then a daylater told me that they decided to hire from within. Then they had me go on aninterview and I did not get the position. They also have a tendency not toreturn phone calls. Other reports say they make big promises about financial compensationthat never materialize. II highly advise that this company be avoided like theplague.
