I visited Pictureme Face Companies in Wal Mart to possess some images obtained for me personally to utilize in advertising resources. I'm an agent and require Hi-Resolution pictures for indicators along with other advertising material. They market a Hi-Resolution Photo-cd with trademark launch for $119.99 ($128.39 with tax).
After I got the Disc house, the images were between 200 and 300KB (no-where near to "Hi-Resolution"). NOTICE: Before I bought, I informed the worker what I required the photos for and particularly they must be big quality high res pictures. She stated, "The address claims they're hi resolution, I actually donot understand how big they're, however they would'nt offer them this way when they were'nt hi resolution".
And So I called the business. They explained to create within the Disc and also the bill plus they might create a new Disc. They did, after I first got it house, it had been exactly the same quality as before. I called again, waited on-hold fifteen minutes, and was informed I'd get a call-back.

Same runaround as before. NEVER NEVER BUY FROM PICTUREME FACE GALLERIES!!! Pictureme Portrait Studios has got the toughest customer support I've actually handled... Comcast comes near, but pictureme face galleries requires the dessert for that toughest customer serivce in the world. I ask you, please don't purchase from their store under any conditions. Pictureme Face companies has got the many terrible customer support in the world. I really hope they're going out-of company quickly, or that walmart evicts them for departing this type of sour flavor within the mouth of walmart's clients.
To date I've waisted 3 excursions towards the shop, and over 1.5 hours about the telephone (45 minutes hearing elevater audio before achieving a live person). It's no worthwhile! Do not use Pictureme Face Companies, regardless of what.
