You get a CD but its not the high resolution images you are expecting, you have to contact the corporate office, and they have all these policies to abide by, you can only have 16 images off of the original CD with the low resolution images to be transferred over to high resolution, they cant be any specially enhanced photos that you picked out originally, so that leaves you 15, then you only have a month to get these images copied if you so desire at any copy store, thankfully i can print from home, but they are ridiculous. You end up spending 260 dollars there and don't get any high resolution images, unless you go through the spiel of contacting the corporate office and then going back to the location you had the images done and having them transfer 15 out of the 36 images for you. I would rather go to JC Penney's or picture people and pay 99 at JC Penney's or 250 at picture people and get the high resolution images on CD with no hassle. REDICULOUS! The images were great, but just like any other portrait studio you have to do the work in making your children smile, not them, so why pay the high price for all those photos when you cant ever get a copy of them unless you GO THROUGH THEIR CRAP!
