Everyone beware of this company. I put my trust in them to help me with my situation and i am in worse shape now. I am a widower supporting my family on just my income. They drafted the wrong amount from my account and before they were authorized to do so. I have incurred over $500 in overdraft charges, i have been unable to provide the basic necessities for my family such as food, power etc, these last two weeks due to their error. They promised to correct their error, in writing to me but to date they have done nothing and the attorney's office has not returned my calls and i am told they are the ones who get the monies and are resposible for returns. I now will have to incur more debt just to file against this firm to get back what they have taken from me. Do not do business with this firm or mr. Velahos himself. I have now seen others posting their stories here and i think this company and the attorney associated with them should be shut down entirely and everyone associated with the firm should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
