Double charged me and charged insurance plus charged twice the price for contacts

Beware!!!
Dr. Silverman over charges for services and products plus tries to push sunglasses/misc products. As well my insurance was charged for services I was asked to pay for. Checked online comparisons. His mark ups are on average 60% up on retail! Should be community shop. But opbviously for tourists that don't know any better.
