My experience with Grant Seeker Pro has been a losing situation on many levels. Here is what happened to me.
I paid $100 for a paperback book that was supposed to be refundable if it doesn't work for you - needless to say that they did not refund me when I requested.
You are supposed to receive a "free" phone consultation with a "Grant Professional" to help you with your grant, this never happened. The only calls I got were solicitations for me to pay $2400 to $5800 to talk with their "Financial Coaches", depending on how much grant money I was wanting. The solicitations started before I even got my book in the mail. They don't care what you are doing at that moment and you can't get them off the phone because they throw out lines like "well, how serious are you?" and "why would turn down my help? I want to help your business"- all of the typical "do you love your mother?" questions.
So just when I am about to write off my losses and put it all behind me, I am told by my business partner that they are and have been billing our credit card for a few months now for $30 a month. I never authorized them to do so and no one there ever spoke a word about this "service" they illegally signed me up to.
So I call the number on the credit card bill and immediately start getting the run-around. I couldn't get a word in with the receptionist and when I asked her politely to just listen to what I was asking her, she hung up on me. Now my phone number has been red-flagged and I only get a message machine. Oddly enough, that message machine gave the web address to cancel this bogus "Membership Service".
I was amazed with the number of consumer complaintss about Grant Seeker Pro and now realize that any investment you are considering buying into, ALWAYS check complaint first.
