Extremely Imaging Protection of Santa Anna Florida is just a rip-off. Bottom line in advance, they supplied me having a useless program without any drive after which declined to return my consideration after returning it for them.

In the beginning they seemed to be an optimistic organization. I requested a DVR security-system for $599.00 by calling their 1800-862-7878. It had been a 160 GB DVR with 4 cameras. The revenue woman was ethical and guaranteed me the machine might deliver that evening, and that I might get a contact with following figures and bill confirming the total amount billed to my card. After about 3 times, I named since I'd acquired neither. With this ocassion I talked having a Mr. Scott Christie, who couldn't find my purchase. Therefore he guaranteed he might instantly the purchase and deliver me a bill by mail. 24 hours later I acquired the system however the cameras were not suitable for the machine. I called again so that as guaranteed he over-nighted plugs to help make the program function. The machine was universal without any brand of any sort, no production information ect. I attempted to obtain the machine to function also it wouldn't connect with the I-internet. The next week, another program seemed on my patio. I questioned Mr. Christie why did I get another program and he described it was an error and might provide me $150 to come back it. Following a couple of days of looking to get the machine to function I kept obtaining a "no drive discovered" concept on launch. I popped a front-panel door property the HD to locate it vacant. I popped the 2nd program also it had no HD both. I approached Mr. Christie so that as guaranteed, he over-nighted a 500 gig HD. It wasn't suitable for the machine. I informed Mr Christie that I had been returning both methods and desired the $599.00 acknowledged back again to my bill. On the basis of the following information, both methods were shipped back again to the organization, but my $599.00 was never recredited to my bill. I talked with Mr. Christie and he explained it had been an error. 2 weeks passed and my consideration wasn't recredited. I talked with another guy in the organization concerning the problem and he explained the consideration have been acknowledged however the charge card business was supporting the reimbursement. I visited my lender several blocks away and told them what I Would been informed. They believed it unusual and named the organization. They talked having a man who stated no body was open to examine the issue. I'd to document Challenge resoloution that the card dominated in my own benefit.
