On June 9 I paid for 2nd day air by ups so I could get a part by June 12, we'll ups screwed up and did not arrive until June 15. So I contacted ups, they said they will refund the money I paid for shipping to the shipper and then in turn they will refund the amount back to me but may take 2-3 weeks. We'll that was 3 MONTHS AGO.
I have called east coast marine services many time's only to be forwarded to an answering machine, everyone I talk to says it's not there department. I have emailed them probably 50 - 60 times trying to get some kind of a response "NOTHING". This company seems very willing to take your hard earned money but to this point has not even made an attempt to refund my money.
