Meter does not work

I recently bought a Document Watson amp-hour meter from RC r, upon getting the system it worked just for approximately. Three minutes the quit. I've created many make an effort to contact RC Technology equally by telephone and e-mail but haven't had the opportunity to talk to anybody merely a answering device or have I'd an answer to varied emails.in the beginning all I needed was an upgraded meter however now I'd like my charge card fully refunded including delivery
