I recently placed an order with highlander-official. A company dealing in memorabilia for fans of the highlander movies &tv series. Believing that they were reputable, I placed my order in good faith, I was proved to be wrong! I ordered two sterling silver bracelets totaling over $161.00. That was over two months ago.
Since then I recieved my canceled check, proving that highlander recieved their money from me over a month and a half ago. Repeated calls to their 1-800 # has gotten me many different responces, such as Your order will be mailed in 24 to 48 hrs. Your order was mailed via ups last week, you should recieve it sometime next week. Your order was mailed regular mail on such and such date and you should recieve it in 10 to 14 working days.
I have wiated and waited and have as yet recieved nothing from this company! Those of you reading this who are fans of the Highlander movies &TV series as I am beware! This company has been anything but honest in its dealing with me, and I believe there are most likely others with similar complaints. I myself have filed a complaint with the better business bereau, and fully intend to seek legal help in dealing with this problem. All I can say is be careful when sending away you hard earned money to someone through the mail, you just may be waving goodbye to your money. Sencerly James Micheal Ralls
