Wanted our big day to be special. Bouquet & Garter has two unexperienced videographers which we did not understand until we saw them in action. They do not have any experience like they say, he was a salesman at one point in his life... Oh I guess that is the new qualification to cheat people on their big days.
The video was not in chronological order, it was put together randomly. You would think they would show your day the way it happened. Not these two. The footage had a lot of movement which makes it hard to watch and the views were horrific. They shot behind the scenes, not from the vantage point that our guess saw it. I was horrified. The sound on the DVD was not professional either.
We received our DVDs 3 months after our wedding after hounding them and not getting any where. They would promise, then the time would come and go, not DVDs. Of course we had paid for the service completely prior to our wedding day, so they were in no hurry to get us our products. They had our money. BEWARE these two are fakes, oh yeah, did I mention they bring their kids??? True professionalism at work. When was the last time your repairman brought his kids? I would check his background out first, check references, I would even recommend you do a criminal check. Someone like this is bound to have something criminal out there.
