I considered placing an order online for a free trial of Acai supplements for 4.95. At the checkout, I saw an additional charge of 44.80. The page said my credit card was declined so the order was not processed, which I was grateful for after seeing the additional charges that I didn't approve of. I closed the web page. One hour later the 2 charges where on my checking account being withdrawled. I want this order cancelled and credited ASAP. I don't even have an order number. I have a copy of the page that states that my credit card was declined. I can't get through on the phone due to the 78 minute wait time. I due have a ticket number with The BBB regarding this incident. PLease contact me.
