The advertisement is deceiving - the only cost is shipping for a trial size, but, they fail to tell you that at the bottom of the page are the terms and conditions which weren't studied before placing the order. Now there are monthly charges and when I call the toll free phone number, there is a 73 minute wait. How deceiving!!!
