These people offered me a 'free 30 day trial'. I cancelled (or at least I TRIED to cancel three different times BEFORE the trial period ended. I later received an email from SD from someone name 'Kat' who admitted the 'mistake' and 'offered' me two month free service 'in lieu of' a refund. She even asked for a reply and I wrote back saying NO I did NOT want to accept her offer, I want a refund. They have ignored that email and numerous other emails about this matter. At this point I have contacted my bank and stopped ANY further charges to ny account from these crooks and I have also contacted UNITED MARKETING, their billing company in Florida. Also contacted are the attorney generals in Florida, my state, and the state of California. Do NOT do business with these crooks and scam artists!
