Buyer beware. If you travel to another country, be aware that if the CSR at Verizon makes a mistake in the dates of your travel, than Verizon will say sorry, they can not help you and you will end up paying like I did for the outrageous roaming charges. I am very upset with the way Verizon handled the problem. As I spoke to 3 different retails shops and called them over the phone 3 times too to handle the problem and when the bill out they will not changed it. They told me that I would have to wait until the bill came out and just pushed the problem aside until the bill came out and I got slapped in the face with the roaming charges. I already pay $147 per month for one for the service. 450 minutes only with data package. Be aware of bully practices as verizon knows they are the biggest network so now they can bully you
