The person I talked to was not only in a noisy room but had a very heavy accent and was hard to understand. I was asked if was a person who could make decisions for my company (Not for profit) and the asked for name address and phone number asked for a fax number but that's not on our listing and nothing descriptive was asked.
Then today a call was received demanding that we pay the bill that it was authorized by me when I only said I could make decisions not that I wanted to have their service.
They also played back my conversation that was recorded for "quality control." Isn't that for their quality not to blackmail contacts?
