Lack of Interest the business that doesnt give a dam

I, too, have the pasta pot and whisk which I do NOT want. I returned a postcard that said NO yet they delivered the product and charged my credit card. My complaint is there is no return label. Called the long distance phone number but was on hold 15 minutes. (Must have been a lot of customers upset.) All I want is the CORRECT address to return the product. Help please.
