Delivery troubles

I bought a $4000 child room collection. It had been shipped with no bottom ground of the cabinet (the cabinet underneath the mattress) plus they sent the incorrect reflection. Fine. I phone, protest... Okay, they'll provide the right reflection, but I should get the cabinetis bottom ground in the shop. Excellent. Now the hell begins. They inform me they'll originate from 10 to 1 pm on Friday... We waited until 7:20 pm... No shipping. We named numerous occasions... At 3 pm, they said... It'll be therein 2 hours... Ha! 24 hours later I contact to reschedule... Delivery period is from 2:30 til 10 pm on Sunday... No shipping, no calls back, no body replies the telephone, once they do, they hang-up... Fantastic delivery support!!! They reschedule for Thursday... Having a observe that they have to call one-hour just before arriving... They show up without calling... Positive thing I had been house... The reflection gets mounted AGAIN and that I understand that the reflection comes with an inner dark place right in the centre... Fantastic... Again, I contact, protest, so when the cabinet base comes for my get, I'll walk out my method to return the reflection and obtain the brand new reflection aswell... Just since I WOn't delay a fifth period to get a shipping and waste all my period and obtain discouraged due to their bad support and quality control. I doubt I'll actually buy again from their store till there's some form of evidence that their shipping plan has significantly enhanced!
