Refuse to honor return policy in effect at time of purchase

I purchased your dog in May, and that is after I first started buying at Petsmart. During the last 8 weeks, I invested countless bucks in the Warwick, RI shop - on instruction, gadgets, a journey cage, companies, etc. Because The return policy was never published about the back of the bills, or was it published everywhere noticeably within the shops, I requested on three distinct events about this - in case.
