Did not send rebate as promised on product they sold

Purchased an external cd burner from circuit city stores.
Manufacturers rebate of $30.00 was promoted by store.
Sent all rebate forms and proof of purchase to manufacturer, i/o magic on 2/18/03. Still have not received rebate, despite contacting company several times via internet.
