I was forwarded an e-mail from my dad for a job with Strictly Events. I am fresh out of college and be believed this to be a small events company. I sent in my resume and did research on the company. They have no information on the internet. I figured I will go in for an interview.
I had done research on companies such as CV Marketing and B-Line Marketing before. I knew they were scams. It turns out that Strictly Events is a new "Project" they are doing. It's the same damn company. Everything that people said about CV and B-Line was what they told me. They work with salons and sports companies. I would not do door-to-door. Just events.
They invited me back for interview two. I will not be attending that! I have a degree and refuse to sell coupon books in the cold and run from security. Stay away from Strictly Events unless its a real event-planning company.
Good Luck to all looking for a real job.
