Complaint / Review
Infinity Events, Daxter Group, Mason Advertising Group And Anex Marketing
Pyramid Scheme

I am currently searching for gainful employment. I found an ad on www.careerbuilder.com for Infinity Events, Inc. Claiming to be a promotions company. I google them, sure enough professional looking web site give the number in the ad a call. "The Daxter Group how may I help you" I think I have the wrong number they assure me I have the right number and immediately schedule me for an interview the following day.

Skip forward a day, mind you I am applying for a job as a promoter of events, concerts, club events, sporting events. I show up to an address in the ghetto wearing a $2000 suit. The office is smaller than my living room, where prospective applicants are packed in like cattle.

My mind jumps to what kind of fly by night hell operation is this, and did they did that desk out of a dumpster? Seriously the place looks like it was furnished of the free section of Craigslist.

I shove my concerns to back of my mind and give them the benefit of the doubt. Then it hits me I am 27 and I am the oldest person in here. OK, something is very much amiss about this place.

I get called back for my interview and told that "We are a marketing and promotions firm, we market and promote Home Improvements, Car wax and D.A.R.E." Oh, really...

So would you be available for a job shadow tomorrow... NO!

Get home do a little research this company runs under four different names, they piggy back on the names of reputable companies. I hardly find this to be a stand up business practice.

Infinity Events is based in Ca. I have talked with the owner about this company and he is less than happy about this.

Mason Advertising Oklahoma City OK Actual real advertising firm

Anex Marketing is the name they use, but their is also an Annex Marketing, dealing HVAC products

As for the Daxter group that name seems to be theirs alone.

Any way you slice it this place is a pyramid scheme, and run as far and as fast as you can from these people. They work Home Depots, gas stations with their car waxes, and grocery stores with their D.A.R.E. "marketing campaigns."
