I'm certainly dissatisfied in my own current contact and outcomes with Sears Customer Support. After I finished H.S.in 1979 I had been provided some Builder resources by my parents. I still have and utilize a lot of those resources even today. Going back 35 years I've purchased virtually only Builder tools from Sears.
