When recieving bad customer, it's easy to report it off to the manager... But what if the manager/owner is the abuser? Not following proper business ethics!
It is the owner / manager of Bella Lina Cruz Salon, in Winter Garden, Florida. He is a complete racist, always has a bad attitude... Never greets and treats me like i'm a second class customer.
What's weird is the lady that does my hair is wonderful, but its the owner is the one that has a nasty attitude, makes me wait even when i have an appointment, cashes me out and acts like he doesn't want me as a customer.
This racist owner apparently doesn't do that to just me, another friend of mine as well. RACIST RACIST RACIST is what he is!
