I was guaranteed buyer and seller leads for Real Estate. They promised 20 per month for 3 months for $450 and at least one viable lead or my money back. I got it in writing. I had nothing to lose so I charged $450. I received bogus leads, already listed homes leads, duplicate leads... None of which ...
