False claims of winnings for $1,000, 000.00 wanted $1000.00 to have client sent over to US to deliver $100,000 US Cash and a check for $980,000.00

Received email announcing me as a winner for $1,000, 000.00 and a Mr. Cooper calls me stating that I would need to send $1000.00 for the custom fees and taxes to enter the funds into the U.S. Using Western Union the funds was to be addressed to Scyan Lawrence in Montego Bay, Jamaica. After receiving the funds they insisted more fees were needed and IRS payments would be needed. My last involvement dealt with presuming that Mr. Cooper is flying on AirJamaica and arriving at San Jose Airport with cash in the sum of $100,000.00 in a package and a check for the $980,000.00. Once supposedly at the airport the Customs halted them and he wanted me to pay the taxes and custom fees for another $1200.00. I told them no way and occasionally get calls from them trying to make another trip with promises to bring the cash. This situation has been going on and off for 2 months.
