I wish to file a complaint against Marcus Cooper: I was informed that I won from Chicago Deaf Lottery by Deaf Expo Chicago...
All total of $2,000, I did pay through Western Union to the sender of Marcus Cooper from Nigeria for Delivery Fee, Custom Fee, Security fee, and Icy Wipper since last Jan 1st. I was supposed to get my winning purchases of $12,500 and washer/dryer to my house in Lincoln, Nebraska but that is scam!
