I experimented with purchase contacts through this site. About the day they attempted to cost my charge card my consideration didn't have resources therefore the purchase was terminated. I had been notfied by "Rachel" in customer support when I needed to retry my card for that contacts to contact their 800 # normally my purchase wouldn't be delivered (I've this mail). I purchaed lenses locally since I really could not delay and was surprised whenever a week later they charged my take into account the contacts. I named your day the cost confirmed in imminent standing and requested them to prevent the cost and never deliver the contacts. I had been informed they'd not quit the procedure, that I ought to watch for them to deliver the contacts, return them after I have them, then delay four weeks to get a return. I told them I believed which was foolish particularly since I have never approved them to cost me again plus they sent me stating they'd not until I called them. I told them I didnot wish to delay 5 months to get a reimbursement which when they didnot do the sensible factor and credit me ASAP I'd document a with my lender. The "customer support" reaction I got was actually... And that Iam estimating..."Do the thing you need to complete." Not another term, no apologies for that mixup. I've the "Do the thing you need to complete" mail aswell.
