I bought a carrier at kennethcole.com on February 1, and delivered it back through USPS on February 12 due to the wrong size.
After 14 days, I approached the client support if my returning is in correct procedure when I have not obtained any feedback. They responded they could not aid me and reimbursement the total amount I taken care of that carrier simply because my returning isn't a traceable process. There's no referencing on that in its return policy on back of the bill. I've the bill which demonstrates I delivered a towards the organization, as well as I connected it within the mail.
However they still WOn't reimbursement.
