Put charges on my minor daughters cell for something she diid subscribe to now how do we get the charges dropped and the subscrption cancelled

My minor daughter did an IQ test on facebook and when she entered her cell number Cellflirt made a monthly charge of 9.99 for something she didnt ask for or want. How do I get these charges cancelled and my money back?
