I purchased a Venus Gyser around annually back which didn't work with more that 2-3 times. I thousads of phone towards the regional support center (0120-2710931) as well as talked using the operator of the Service-Center (Mr Sushil Kaushik). The folks in the service-center possibly blankly declined ahead around for teh support or simply offered me the support demand quantity that was never prepared. I've alos voiced using the HQ at 91-044-43401515 and another service-center at 0120- 2549638 but to e avail however.
Easily had the smallest thought that Venus devices offers such poor items and doest treatment to supply any after-sales support then I'd haven't actually purchased Venus Item.
