On 6/19/09 at 8:00am I joined this Dennyis from the airport in Jacksonville. We were seated in server Terry's area. She appeared annoyed that people were seated in her area. My spouse and that I are Africanamerican. Terry didn't welcome us but created a place of walking towards the individual who lay us to allow her understand it had been not her change to have a desk. After about 7 units, we nevertheless hadn't been waited on. A Bright pair strolled in and Terry leapt into motion, skipping the coordinator to sit down the Bright pair in her area. Terry was really personable and pleasant for this pair. After another 2-3 units, Terry required their beverage order and food purchase. She subsequently, in an exceedingly malicious tone requested me and my partner "What're you having". No Hello Welcome to Dennyis, no nothing. We waited for support and did not get anything-but a server by having an attitude whonot enjoy waiting on group clients. After I requested to get a supervisor, I had been informed the manager was in the lender and never available. After all of the lawsuits that Dennyis has already established, they've clearly not discovered their training. Well I Have discovered quarry and I'll not be captured dead at any Dennyis in northeast Florida. Within the year 2009 any factor can be done, but waitresses selecting and selecting their clients is abhorrent and reeks of the business tradition from top-to-bottom. Denny's is definitely an embarrassment to "Household" restaurants everywhere.
