Ripoff, they took 79.95 out of my bank with out my permission ripoff

Cic credit monitor has appeared on my credit card withdrawing $79.95 with out my permission. I have never even seen this site before let alone sign up for it. Now that i have checked into it and they are such rip offs i want everyone to know it. Lets stop them NOW.
